Loved The Hat At First

I loved this hat until a month into owning it with minimal wear it started discoloring, turning yellow not only on the inside (whatever, that happens with hats, you wear them in summer and sweat) but showing on the outside as well. Since there is no way to clean it, this is a huge disappointment. It would be one thing if I had it for a couple of summers but I wouldn’t have purchased the hat if I knew it would look gross so quickly. When I asked SA for help I got a copied and pasted answer about how to file a claim under their guarantee but advising me discoloration isn’t covered. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing at least not in a light color.

Brown Straw Was An Unusual Color

I loved the style of this hat but did not love the color. The brown was an unusual color and did not look good with most denim & navy casual clothing. Secondly, the hat was not packed well and had an out-of-place crease in the crown. Creases like this make the straw and hat look cheap.
