Green exploring
Best hat ever. Worn yr-round for sun protection. Hoods underneath in winter by loosening rear strap. Neck strap keeps hat in place through any winds. Purchased size L/XL because of adjustable straps. Great for gardening, driving, bird watching, simply exploring nature.

Ugly colors. Why don’t they go back to nice colors like years ago.

I've been buying SA hats for many years, and this is the first one that I didn't like. It provides decent sun protection and I like the ventilation. However, as a kayaker, I frequently paddle in the wind, and that's where this model has some issues. On calm days, it's fine, but in moderate winds and above, the back flap makes an unholy racket...very distracting and a bit unsafe. It's surprising--the fabric in the back isn't even as long as on some of the other models. I really wanted to like it, but I'll be choosing another style next time.

My mom bought me one of these as a gift in 2019 for a study abroad trip to the Peruvian Amazon. Since then, it’s been around the world with me and is a hat I use on a daily basis in the spring and summer. The hat is comfy, sturdy, easy to adjust and keeps me cool, dry, and protected from the sun. And I get lots of compliments on it from other discerning sun hat admirers lol. It’s just a very good, quality hat and I love having it with me on my adventures.

This is my 5th Sunday afternoon hat I've bought in the past 10 years. I still have them all. You can't buy a better hat!

My last hat was purchased 20 plus years ago- I’m still wearing it! I thought it was time to buy a 2nd in another color. My dermatologist was shocked when I said I’d lived in CA for 30 years- I credit my Sundayafternoons sun hat! She was very impressed with my facial skin being in such great condition. Thank you! There’s no substitute!

Bought the hat at a discounted price with another hat. Provides excellent sun coverage and the quality looks fine.

I bought this hat for a trip to Utah mighty 5 national parks. It was upper 80s when we were there and this hat was perfect! It is very lightweight and kept me protected from the sun while not making me warm. I loved how packable it is, also. It’s also really cute!

This hat is just what I have been looking for. It covers my neck and ears and fits perfectly. Best of all, I don’t sweat under it like I do with most hats. It is still early in the season so that may change as the days heat up, but I can tell it will keep me much more comfortable than previous hats. I love it for gardening and hiking.

I like how the crown fits snuggly on my head. I also love the back flap that covers my neck. It’s a great looking hat and does it’s job!

The Ultra Adventure Hat is the best at keeping the sun at bay. It has better coverage than any hat I have used in the past. Also, one has many color choices.

This is the best hat I have ever found for hiking in Wyoming. The brim is large and the hat is light and cool. The neck shade is excellent for sun protection in high altitude.

Pros: the wicking sweatband works great, super lightweight, doesn’t add unnecessary heat, works great to block the sun, packs easily and small Cons: strap isn’t removable and with a tight fitting crown you can’t really tuck it inside, the sun flap is noisy in the wind so maybe a heavy strip of fabric down the middle to solve that?

I think this is a fantastic hat. I have tried many others over the years and this sun hat is the best yet. It gives excellent coverage, it is very lightweight and easily packable. It is adjustable which really helps for correct fit. I really like the strap to keep it from blowing off on windy days. I highly recommend this hat.

Great light weight hat )w/22” head). Cute blue color, too. Hat stayed on with windy day & I appreciated the chin strap. My forehead/head did get warm but I guess that’s to be expected on a warm day.
