Wish They Made It In Large

This hat shades well and looks fashionable, but the tie for “adjustable size” can only make it smaller. The elastic limits the actual size and it’s too small for me. I tried everything to stretch it but it still gave me a headache.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It sounded like a good idea to have a hat, with a large brim to protect myself from the summer son. I kept it for just over a week. I then realized I just couldn’t do it. I completely felt like the flying nun… For those of you who are old enough to remember that! Another reason was that I couldn’t imagine driving with that hat on. So large and cumbersome, I would have to take it off and then what? Replace it with another hat to cover up my mad at down hair? Sorry, but this hat was just not for me!

While this hat is cute and functional on a sunny day, it does not stay on when it’s windy. The brim catches the wind and the hat flies off your head.

Won’t Stay On My Head!

This hat is very cute and very good sun protection. The ponytail opening is a cute feature. However, with any breeze it flies off my head! It only comes in one size and actually it does seem to fit correctly, but the big brim catches the wind and off it flies! Even though it won’t really go with the style, I am going to sew chin straps on. Maybe a thin cord that won’t be too noticeable. When I am out of any breeze I can tuck them up under the hat. That is the only solution I can think of.

This unique sun hat makes it possible to sit in a chaise & read. The nice wide front brim shades my eyes without a large brim in the back scrunching into my neck! I just wish it had a chin strap tucked up there for beach walks. I added one.
