After a month of use the elliptical started to make a noise. After disassembling the wheel cover, it was discovered the belt was shredding. Some how the belt had moved off center. Sunny Fitness sent us a new belt and my husband was able to replace the old one. The machine works fine now. In my previous review I had mentioned it appeared the machine had been dropped. I believe this may have impacted the alignment of the belt and after gradual use over the course of the month the belt continued to shift and as a result started to come apart from friction against areas the belt was rubbing on when in use. Now that the machine is able to be used without issue, I have been using it with the in app elliptical workouts. This elliptical fits perfectly in with my other home gym equipment and despite our little hiccups with the machine, I am glad to have made the purchase.
