This is the 4th or 5th one that I have purchased: I lend them to friends amd if they like them I give them to the friend.
I was looking for a cardio glider. I don't like how low the seat sits. It is hard for me to reach the handle bars and start from the seat position.
The assembly was more complicated than I expected (it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I haven't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine doesn't feel like a beginner machine - I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!

I love this machine, I bought it second hand & its so strong & sturdy. I get an amazing upper body, abd & guads/glute workout in minutes. Simply unbelievable, Sunny Fitness you did great!!! But I love all your stuff:tada::tada::tada:

I really like my Pro Row 'n' Ride which I work out on almost every day following my time on my StairMaster in my home gym...I believe it's helping me stay in shape, although I wish I knew how long is best on a daily basis at level 12.
