I had been using this foam box for over 4 years at the fitness gym where my Chiropractic Rehabilitation office is located. This facility has a large population of very fit athletes from highs school to pro's and they use these boxes for their plyometric jumps frequently. They beat the heck out of every piece of equipment and most everything gets destroyed and has to be replaced, including things like Kevlar medicine Balls.
