Helps Me With My Rehab Of My Knee

I like robustness, portability, size, weight, cube, of the exercise equipment. Very smooth function, resistance is good. I do have issue with the unit sliding forward out of position when in use. I solved this by anchoring the unit on a threshold. However that does affect where I can use the unit.
