Bought this a few weeks ago and just started using while I work. You definitely need a chair that won't slide back while you pedal. Resistance is good as you can actually tell the difference between zero and 10 on the dial. Have another Sunny product and that didn't work well (rower). Wish it was a little lighter/smaller so tad easier to move around the house and take up a little less space under my desk.

Bought this machine for my father-in-law. He is 108 years old and has emphysema….yet still drinks a sixer everyday. We wanted to get him a machine to help with his cardiovascular health. This little spin cycle was the ticket.

Elderly Asset
Bought this for my Mom, who at 92 is still in good health but needs to remain active in the cold weather. This gives her the non-stress exercise indoors she needed to keep the lower extremities moving until the weather is such that she can get outside for some nice walking.
