It is useful. I don't have to go outside the house in order to exercise. I'm glad I bought it.

Great Value For The Price

So far so good, I put it together in about an hour by myself, love the computer showing my progress . I have had it 2 weeks and ride about 3 to 5 miles a day before work, very quiet, Has its own program you can choose from which makes it easy to do the type of workout you want.

Easy To Assemble

The easy to follow 4 minute assembly video was what sealed the deal for me, along with the positive reviews. Bike works great! Now it’s time to get after it.
