I had to put the thing together!! Won't do that again. "No assembly required" is all I'm buying in the future. I"m not buying anything else that has to be put together. NO MORE ASSEMBLY FOR US !!

Runs very quiet. My husband took about an hour to put it together and it is our favorite piece of equipment.

No Resistance After Using A Few Times

We brought this brand new and used it only a few times and there is no resistance at all. It seems like the electromagnetic resistance is not working. Very disappointed in the product

Love It!!

I love this elliptical machine. I’ve only had it for about 6 weeks and I have already lost 13 pounds. It is a good quality, very smooth and quiet machine. I have no regrets.

Squeaky And Flimsy

This thing squeaks like crazy! After a few weeks of use, I’m having to constantly tighten random bolts all over the elliptical because every workout a different squeak arises. It’s so distracting and the thing sounds like it’s gonna break. My fiancée doesn’t want it on our house anymore. Very disappointed I saved up for this.

Hasn't Worked From Day 1.

Hasn't worked from day 1. Currently dismantled in my workout room waiting for replacement parts. Hopefully they work.

Belt Breaks Constantly. Difficult To Replace.

Had this elliptical less than a year about 50 workouts and the belt broke. It took me 20 emails to finally get the right belt ordered only to discover that I also needed a tool to take off the petals. 1 month being down I finally got the belt and it was extremely difficult to put on. The force it took to put on the belt caused the flywheel to crack. Emailed the company and was told it “shouldn’t impact usage” Used the elliptical with new belt about 20 times and the new belt shredded. Now they don’t have any belts in stock to replace. This all took place just outside the warranty window. I love the elliptical. The workouts are great. However because of the belt issues I DO NOT recommend. We have a sunny bike that has had no problems at all so I am shocked by this bad experience.

I have had this for just over 200days. I've used it like 15 times. It failed last night on about 400 minutes use.

Excellent Value. ( So Far )

Although it's only been about a month ; so far-so good. My first impressions are... smooth and quiet. If this holds up to continuous use for the 2024 year... I'll upgrade to 5 stars. Conversely, if it doesn't.... I'll be sure to repost an honest review.

The Machine Works Great. It’s

The machine works great. It’s relatively easy to put together a couple of steps didn’t t quit mesh with reality. The heart rate monitor works but I don’t t think its works well. IOperationally it’s easy to work and understand. I do feel the resistance and my muscles working. I’m 5’4 and the stride and height works for my small legs. It’s not heavy to lift and it doesn’t take up a lot of space. Overall a good product.

Not Happy Right Now (To Say The Least)

Readouts functions (mileage/ pulse / etc) not working. The machine shuts down after four minutes of use (timer function only). I was asked to dismantle and check connections which were all fine. Now I am being asked to replace the wiring which involves additional dismantling – I am old and not mechanically inclined. Not happy right now (to say the least).

Old Timer

Simple to assemble, easy to use. Got me back into the fitness frame of mind at 65.
