Incorrect Model/info Shown

Model shown is the 15.5” stride SF-E320002 with the black wheel. The actual 18” stride is SF-E320001 with the gray wheel. They don’t seem to carry the 18” stride model.

Very Well Built Macchine. Runs Quiet And Smooth

You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well-made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. I would definitely recommend it.

I Have Not Been Able

I have not been able to use it as there are several missing parts and one inner welded nut that fell off, leaving mo way to secure the main part. Very disappointed.
