Great Solution

Been in need of a unit like this for some time but struggled to find one that was well made and easily stored. This unit fits the need very well. Solid construction, easily assembled, easy to store. very pleased with the purchase. at 5'9' 190 lbs it fits well, however if you are much bigger than that the handle bars would be a tight fit.

Good For Back Pain, Can Fit Most Places, Pretty Stable, Good Buy

very good, pretty stable when doin back extension and no problem when doing back extensions with weight. wish it was just as stable when doing dips Great for back pain if doing isometric holds, about 8 inch max height when collapsed.

Good product. Essy to assemble. Like that it folds up, wish it had a latch to keep it folded. Also the dip handles flex quite a bit and I weigh 130lbs. Not sure I would trust them if I was a heavier person

Not The Best For Taller Adults But Sturdy Product

The bench is sturdy but is probably better suited for average height or shorter adults. I am 6’3” and the calf pad and foot rest is not comfortable. An extra hole or two for extension of the thigh pads would also be helpful. I do like the ability to adjust the angle of extension.

Can't Be Beaten For The Price.

I would have given it a five-star rating, except the assembly was a little long. If they had supplied an Allen wrench with a shorter shank, it would have been much faster to assemble. Once assembled it is sturdy and will fill my needs for years.

this machine is an excellent way for me to increase my lower back strenght.

Works Great! Very Easy To Store

Bought this to workout my lower back. Setup was very easy. Easy to fold and store when finished. Overall this is a really Decent piece of equipment

This is fantastic piece of equipment for the price. Build quality is excellent, comfortable padding, comes with 3 incline settings, very unique feature. Overall, I'd highly recommend it for it's flexibiility and durability.

Low price and excellent value. I'm 5'9 200 pounds and felt safe using this item. Very padded and comfortable to use. Different settings allows you to flex and stretch longer and deeper. Foldable for easy storage I just stick it in the closet after. Definitely check this out if you're looking for an affordable option without breaking the bank.

Exactly what I needed. Inexpensive, compact, and sturdy. It's helped with my low back pain. Fits me nicely and I am 5'5.
