It's so hard to use. I have to prop up the back with books. If it's as-is, it moves way too fast. I have to find a height where it's usable, and it changes. I have to constantly hold the handles or I'll move backwards as I walk. I was hoping to be able to have a hand or both free. I've barely used it at all.

It was a good purchase for the price but it's extremely loud and the angle is much too high. Going to modify with a board at the back to lower the incline and hoping if I spray WD40 it will be quieter.

The treadmill is was super easy to set up, and stores nicely. It took a few times to adjust and it is more of a challenge than a motorized one, but I feel like I achieve a much better workout. I’m really happy with this purchase!

It was easy to set up and easy to move around. Not too heavy but easy to move around if need be. I have a small space so it's portability works very nicely for my setup. The counter tracker is okay but I would have liked a step count instead of calorie. I don't know how accurate a calories burned could be as there are different variables to be considered. A belt of sort would be nice so that the natural movement of arm swing could be used. I might try to configure something. Holding the handles is a must in order to walk (due to incline) but need to be aware of proper posture. I'm not sure why the design made a set incline. I wonder if it could be made flat and person just has to use their own power to go. With set incline you either keep up or fall off. It is nice to get some exercise and especially in winter as I'm old and don't get out much in the winter. I was looking at various walking pads and kept saying to myself 'why can't there just be a basic non powered walking treadmill'. . . and voilà. As it is not electric there is not a lot that can break and in a power outage. . . jump on no problem. Overall I like it. Buyers should really analyze what they want to do with equipment, space, cost, to determine if this is for them or not. Small or large space this works well. Not electric so less to breakdown and usable in a power outage. Not expensive.
