Nice Piece Of Equipment

This is a good piece of exercise equipment. I’ve had something similar in the 90’ after I had my child and it got me in good shape. I don’t remember the brand of equipment or I would have purchased it again. This piece of equipment isn’t as sturdy as the one I used to have and it’s not as comfortable. I’m still adjusting the seat and resistance. The size is nice, it fits in my small office and it’s easy to place against a wall. I like the work out videos on YouTube, they are easy to follow. I tried it without the videos and it was so long and boring, I gave up after a few minutes. But I’ve followed several workouts and I’m starting to really like it. I do a lot of other exercises but I’m sure I’ll see more results working this into my day.
