Doing What They Are Supposed To Do

Bought these 1 month ago for my 15 yr old daughter who plays lacrosse & is using her soccer cleats playing lacrosse. She was having issues with soreness around her knee after running around for a while. Soccer cleats are not the best shoes for support in the footbed. Daughter still ends up with knee soreness from time to time, but not like it was prior. The orthotic has helped the situation, but hasn’t completely corrected it. The orthotic was suggested by a friend of mine who is an orthopedic surgeon. I believe her knee soreness has to do with the lack of muscle strength around the knee. I plan on following up by having my daughter now see an orthopedic specialist. But overall, these orthotics have helped:improved the current situation, but hasn’t cured her condition

Very Comfy For Running And Walking

Bought them because I wore new shoes to my weekly running event and the soles were so flat that I injured my foot. Got these and they were very comfy for running around 3 miles (which is my normal) and walking long distances.
