Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finding the right insert Finding the correct Superfeet insert took some time. I tried several of the different colors before I eventually arrived at the correct, black one for myself. It was a process of trial and error. Now I need to buy a second pair of the black for my winter boots. I even wear them in slippers around the house. Walking without them inserted is simply asking for trouble. I have plantar fasciitis (sp.). Twice I had cortisone shots to no avail. If you are having trouble, you may be using the incorrect insert. It did not take long for my feet to adjust to the right one. The dealer will take back any insert that does not work for a full refund. Read the return policy on the box. I imagine this explains the relatively high cost of them. Do not buy soft flexible inserts. It is the equivalent of throwing money away.
