These provide a good arch and a little heel cushioning. I put them in fashion sneakers for some support, and they help. Less expensive than some others & decent comfort.

Solid Option

Put these in my volleyball shoes and have been happy. Still not as much arch support as I would like for my very high arches, but a lot better support and cushion than stock ASIC volleyball shoes.

Makes Shoes Feel New

Wow, these really help with fatigue in your feet as you run longer distances. They provide support and cushioning and add 'spring' to your shoes. And as far as I can tell, they will outlast the shoes and should be good for 300 plus miles.
