Super Feet Insoles
I’ve had them for around a month. I was having heel issues on one foot. After learning that the original shoe insert are quite substandard. It took about 1 week to adjust to them. Now they are quite comfortable. Love them!!

Rigid Arch Caused Midfoot Pain In Very Flat Feet
I am extremely flat footed and purchased these because they are marketed for low arches. Unfortunately, they caused significant pain along the center lengthwise bottom of my foot that worsened progressively during runs. Even the Low Arch version has a rigid arch shelf and heel cup that restrict natural midfoot motion. For very flat, flexible feet that rely on dynamic collapse, this appears to concentrate pressure directly into the plantar fascia and flexor tendons rather than distributing load. I initially assumed my pain was due to my shoes and even replaced them earlier than planned. However, I carried these insoles into a brand new pair and experienced the same exact pain pattern. That made it clear the issue was the insoles, not the shoes. Once I stopped using them, the cause finally made sense. These may work for mild to moderate low arches, but runners with truly flat feet should be cautious. More support is not always better. On a positive note, Dick’s Sporting Goods has a good return policy. I was able to return these easily for in store credit with the receipt and within the return window.
