Great Training Ball

Love the pattern for my little guy to practice with and bright so it shouldn't get lost in the grass. My girls use the swax lax soft training balls when they play with the kids in the neighborhood so its a little safer for the kids that dont play lax. Its got good weight to practice with.

A massage therapist recommended I get the ball and I'm glad I did. Placing the ball under my shoulder and pressing into the door helps relax muscles. I include the ball with other daily exercises.
