    Good Product But Zone Is Too High For Kids (Can Be Fixed Though)

    Just put this together for my 8 and 10 year old sons. Probably a bit overpriced for what it is, but the design is fun and they are excited about it. The biggest issue though for us is the height of the zone -- since it needs to sit back a bit behind the plate (so it doesn't get hit by bats), the strike zone is too high for kids. This is a bit odd since it seems geared towards kids. My 8 year old would have to swing a foot above his head to hit the top zone strike. We decided to just cut the bottom pipes shorter. Instead of 15" we ended up cutting them down to 3.75" and that seems to be about right. I would suggest future versions of this have multiple heights to be able to adjust for adults vs. kids.

    My front yard is now a ball field. Good news is you don't have to cut the grass they have already killed. My 9 & 12yo love throwing crazy pitches to strike each other and their friends out.

    Good Not Great, But No Regrets

    I bought this more to use for blitzball/wiffleball. Its a little smaller than the strike zone for those and as an adult its a little low. Its still usable. Zero complaints about its construction. Has held up well after about 5 afternoons playing and using it.

    Bought this probably about a month ago for blitzball use in a pinch. It has taken no damage from full speed blitzballs, so not sure how anyone could break this unless using a official baseball. Just wish it was slightly larger but can only do so much there, may just get the additional PVC to make it a bit wider. All in all good product for my use.
