Great Rope, Cheap Handles

I just bought this jump rope and used it for the first time today. It feels smooth and the handles have good cushioning and weight to them. Unfortunately, I dropped one of the handles by accident and the cap securing the weight broke very easily. I used duct tape to keep the weight in place which works but I'm very surprised at the cheapness of the plastic cap, especially at this price point.
