Ordered A Full Iron Set, Received Only One Club
I’ve had an unbelievable experience. I ordered a full iron set, but only the AW was included in the package. I contacted customer support on the same day I received it, yet I was told to wait 48–72 hours, without any clear explanation of what would actually be done. On top of that, I paid extra for express shipping with an expected delivery date of 1/23, but the order didn’t arrive until 1/26. If I hadn’t contacted customer service myself, I wouldn’t have even received a refund for the express shipping fee. If there had been an immediate and clear response on how this issue would be resolved, I wouldn’t be writing this kind of review. I had planned to enjoy golfing this weekend with my new iron set, but that didn’t happen. I’m extremely disappointed.
