Saved Me From Surgery

Chiropractor said he couldn't help me after seeing my mri's. I couldn't walk in the morning til I had pain meds and a hot shower. Then I would limp. Chiropractor sent me to nero surgeon. L4 and l5 was really bad. I also had 6 other herniated discs. I was scared of surgery and shots. My son had one of your teeters he bought. Scared of not wanting surgery I gave to teeter a try. It's been 2 months of 5 to 6 minutes in the morning and the same in the evening. 2 months later no pain meds walking without assistant. I spent thousands going to decompression therapy without results before. I wish to God for help. My prayers were answered with your teeter. May God bless you for this invention. I spent 16 months with upper leg pain. PT and a chiropractor had the same diagnosis and similar treatments, pressure on the nerves in my lower back were causing the pain. I couldn't walk 50 yards without stopping to take pressure off my lower back. Thought about an inversion table, my PT therapists didn't think it would help but had no objections. After twice a day, AM and PM for 5 minutes on my teeter I had significant improvement in less than a week. Now, 3 months later, no pain. OMG. I had never heard of Teeter except my friend had one and had been using it for years. I never understood why until my doctor said I had siatica issues. I did Teeter the first few days 3 or more times per day for a few minutes each time. I also did physical therapy exercises immediately after each time on the Teeter. When I could feel a huge difference by the second day... literally hours without pain. My Personal Steep Learning Curve.

Comfort cushion does not seem to slide as I expected it to. I wonder if some Silicone Spray would help but I need to call. Also, my Lumbar Support binds the Cushion in place so I removed it. Still experimenting with settings as I am big upper body with shorter than average legs. Teeter does help with back pain but I have to upright very slowly or else I pinch a nerve. Otherwise I’m glad I bought the Teeter.
