I call it the Cadillac of inversion tables, everything just right especially compared to a rickety old “backswing” from the 80s I used for years. At 69 years old I don’t do full inversion and sit-ups anymore… my regimen is a 75 degree tilt and stretching for 2 or 3 minutes, then move my arms to come to almost level without recompressing spine for same period of time to allow blood to equalize, then repeat cycle a few more times… already feeling taller. 🦒

Prior to purchasing my LX9 Inversion Table, I was using a very low end one I purchased many years ago. The difference is incredible. It took a while to find the setting which allowed me to pivot by moving my arms. The ankle lock holds me in comfortably, the raised bar in the rear allows me to stretch my back quickly, and the lumbar support is wonderful. I use it prior to working out and when I am finished. The build is great and I suspect it will last a long time, which is good as I plan to use it for a long time.
