Has Changed My Life .
Back pain & bad spasms despite doing reasonable amounts of exercising; walks, swimming, Yoga classes, dance exercises which include stretching. My Healthcare provider stopped referring me for back traction sessions, which had helped, for some reason. When I was again referred for Physical Therapy, the physical therapist would fairly Quickly tell me that I was indeed doing what I Should be do doing to try and reduce pain. I watched the very educational presentations on HSN .com & knew that the man who invented the Teeter FitspineX3 Inversion table had experienced the same frustations that I was experiencing! I ordered an earlier model that my Physcian /Husband refused to let me use. When I saw the X3 presentation, I convinced him that it was worth a try! Since receiving and using this inversion system my back (& entire body) seem ti insist that it is teeter time & we took our older model to our lake cottage where it was a good sub for my main machine at homw, until I believe an overweight guest tried it & we discarded it ,due to unbalnced noise issues. So, I'm once again considering an upgrade which will allow my present inversion table to serve at our lake cottage. Thanks so much!

Relieve From Pain
I am 79 years old, I have had lower back issues that were getting worse. When I walked I was always bending over. I was trying various exercises, which gave temporary help but quickly wore off. With the use of the teeter inversion table, after one month and some other exercises I have fond I am walking up right again. I give 98% of this recovery to the teeter inversion table.

No More Buffalo
This is a great accessory for my inversion table. I have had a so called "buffalo hump" for years. After using my table 2x daily along with the Posture Restore accessory my hump has diminished in size by 50 percent in 8 weeks. I highly recommend this product from TEETER to further enhance anyone's quest for a better back.
