I have concentrated on the Teeter and have little use of he posture restore.

Has Changed My Life .

Back pain & bad spasms despite doing reasonable amounts of exercising; walks, swimming, Yoga classes, dance exercises which include stretching. My Healthcare provider stopped referring me for back traction sessions, which had helped, for some reason. When I was again referred for Physical Therapy, the physical therapist would fairly Quickly tell me that I was indeed doing what I Should be do doing to try and reduce pain. I watched the very educational presentations on HSN .com & knew that the man who invented the Teeter FitspineX3 Inversion table had experienced the same frustations that I was experiencing! I ordered an earlier model that my Physcian /Husband refused to let me use. When I saw the X3 presentation, I convinced him that it was worth a try! Since receiving and using this inversion system my back (& entire body) seem ti insist that it is teeter time & we took our older model to our lake cottage where it was a good sub for my main machine at homw, until I believe an overweight guest tried it & we discarded it ,due to unbalnced noise issues. So, I'm once again considering an upgrade which will allow my present inversion table to serve at our lake cottage. Thanks so much!

It Really Makes A Difference!

Posture Restore certainly does what it says it will do. I use my FitSpine with the Posture Restore 3 times each day. The total effect of the table and the Posture Restore is that I once again walk perfectly erect. I had been walking somewhat hunched over. It relieves tension throughout my back, and I feel a little more invigorated when I dismount, than when I use the FitSpine alone. I highly recommend it!

I was hoping this support would provide extra decompression. What I have found is that once inverted, my back doesn't rest/align with the cushion. Also with this attachment, you lose the accupressure of the nodes. I found more value with the nodes and neck restore.
