Clear Instructions And Very Easy Setup

The manual suggested downloading the BILT app, and it made the whole setup process incredibly easy. The step by step 3D instruction were clear, intuitive and very easy to follow. Assembly was much simpler then expected, even for a first time user.

Assembly Feedback-missing Allen Wrench

2 Allen wrenches of the same size were included. One of them needed to be bigger to fit the bolt for table support. I had to go borrow a larger Allen wrench kit to assemble

Good Machine With A Caveat.

Overall the machine functions much like my 15 year old one it replaced. It has much improved ankle padding and is much easier to get into with the extended clamping lever. The new arms that go half way down the machine are horrible, makes it difficult to get in and out and turn and stretch when in the fully inverted position. I actually removed them and put the handles from my 15 year old machine on it just so I could use it. Again this is a solid product and my issues may not affect someone else. Highly recommend.

I bought this inversion table over a month ago and have found that the table is very sturdy, easy to assemble and have found immediate relief.

Well-built, Great So Far

The Teeter is part of my daily routine. I spend 5 minutes after running and/or just before bed. It loosens up the legs and hips and aids recovery, leaving me energized. I find it relaxing, especially after I learned to relax and control using subtle arm placement. My 64-year-old spine gives me occasional episodes of lower back pain. I am hoping this will decrease the likelihood of episodes. Usage hasn’t caused any problems, but it is too early to say if my back is more resilient. The Teeter was pricey, but it is well-built, and it looks like it will outlast me.
