Do Not Buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Read the recent reviews, these shorts are truly awful for the price. They do everything a running short should avoid at all costs: - Cheap fabric, they get away with calling "lightweight" - Brutal liner, the shorts ride up and get caught constantly. This is literally the one thing you cant have a purpose built running short do -The zippers, read the other reviews. They are terrible I've bought thousands of gear from ten thousand over the years. Just buy interval shorts, do NOT buy these because they cant be returned.

Best Running Shorts I’ve Found Yet

I’m a marathoner and trail runner training for an ultra, and I can say with confidence these are the best running shorts I’ve owned. Light and sleek, but with solid liners (if you choose the lined option) and just enough length and pockets without adding a bunch of unnecessary fabric or useless features. Waist band is thoughtfully designed and so far without the durability issues I’ve seen in the Tactical short. I quickly bought a second pair of the Sessions in the unlined option to use with compression shorts.

Shorts Ruined By A Design Flaw

These shorts have everything that could make them great however there is a major design flaw with the zipper used for the pockets. It will destroy your clothes when it comes in contact with it. TEN THOUSAND doesn’t want to recognize the flaw either so save yourself the money and your shirts.

Good Shorts. Bad Pockets.

I really love these shorts for running on the treadmill, but whenever I have to bring anything with me on the road, it’s a problem. None of the options are great or comfortable for a phone, particularly a larger one like an iPhone pro max. There’s one pocket on the back right of the shorts but my phone doesn’t fit all the way in it, so it ends up rubbing the skin off. The side pockets are also pretty small and glued together, instead of stitched. I realized this the hard way when I was running a Hyrox in them and suddenly the gels in my pocket just fell out of the leg. This also doesn’t inspire confidence for putting a phone in there either. I hope they’ll rethink the pockets in newer versions. Particularly a better solution for common larger phones.
