The fabric is impressively lightweight yet serious. A blend that wicks sweat effortlessly and dries fast. The cut allows for unrestricted movement and virtually no chafing. In other words, it’s built to keep up. The Interval Shirt strikes a smart, athletic silhouette. It isn’t baggy. It “just fits” in that sweet spot—trim through the body, not skin-tight, with enough structure to feel intentional. When I wore it for a couple of full workouts (conditioning, heavy lifts, then a run), the shirt delivered: it stayed in place, didn't cling or bunch, and rapidly dried once the session ended. It also held up well in washing: the fabric maintained its feel, the seams stayed flat, and the odor-control lived up to promise (no lingering funk even after intense sweat). For anyone who trains frequently, this shirt checks a lot of boxes.
