The goal with the Rover Skort was to provide women with a versatile, 2-piece skirt/padded liner combination that can be easily pulled on and worn on/off the bike. Made of a recycled stretch woven polyester, the skirt has an easy-fit, elastic waistband, 2 front drop-in pockets and hidden zippered pocket. It also has a lower printed accent panel. Comes with Terry's padded Universal Liner.
