Received A Damaged Mug
The Tervis mug arrived damaged. I was out of town and didn't open the package until recently. It looked dented, but I decided to try it out to see if the dent affected my use. When I used it for the first time this weekend, there was a bad seal and water leaked all over when me when I drink from it. The lid worked fine with my other Tervis, so the damaged tumbler is the culprit.
Are many of the clearance items damaged? No issues with the other Tervis mug I received in an order last month. I suggest people inspect the condition of the mugs they order from Dick's. I would like a refund or replacement.
