High Hopes But Crash And Burn !!

I purchase this leak proof tumbler about 3 weeks ago and really liked it until I had it packed in my backpack and realized it leaked water and the lid popped open in the lock position…..I thought maybe it was my mistake but after testing it out numerous times and the lid popping open even in lock position with little pressure basically makes this useless….Tervis is supposed to be sending me another lid to try …..hopefully it’s just a random faulty one I got originally.
