Rated 1 out of 5 by from The set looks good but... Performs poorly. Be careful when using this with a backpacking stove. The main fry pan turned black and warped when I had my stove on medium heat. The handle on this also makes it extremely difficult to balance on the stove. I would not buy again

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Depends on who is using it... I am a 15 year old Boy Scout. It gets roughed up in my pack when we hike or canoe, but keeps its shape very well for the thickness of the dishes. My favorite thing to do at camp outs is fire making. I tested the true strength of my mess kit. I put it right on the center of the bond Fire with a stick (too hot to be two feet close to the fire). Five minutes later, I pushed it back out. The plastic handles had completely melted off, but the actual dished survived (I will note, however, that it did turn black...).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bad but wait... I got it and the main pan warped the 1st time I tried it on a propane stove and later a white gas on but it works rather well at low temperatures
