I bought the cup the lid was chipped I realized it at the counter and the clerk gave me a half off discount. I didn’t realize it was as is. When I got home I realized the chip was on the sipping part of the lid making it unusable. Sharp and health hazard. I returned to the store only to be told that is was as is and not returnable. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was the manager a lie. He ended up returning my $15! After much discussion then proceeded to get the manager after multiple requests. The manager heard my and carried on but it was a waste of time and energy for something so trivial. Employee lying to myself was insulting and reductive.
