this is a great everyday backpack. the laptop sleeve is really handy, plenty of space for a small backpack so i can just about carry everything i'll need on any given day. very comfortable, & the straps feel super secure & durable. i like that the dual water bottle pockets can fit even my large 32oz insulated bottle; unsure how long the elastic tie-downs will wear over time, but for now they're great. my only gripe is the organization. i wish there was just one more pocket to put things in, as the main pocket is so big that things can get lost inside, & the other pockets are too small, so i end up just throwing everything into the main pocket. also, would be very nice for an extra pocket to be towards the bottom of the bag for better center of gravity. overall, this is my favorite daily backpack i've used, & i've gone through a lot of backpacks. good space, decent organization, space for water bottles, tons of options for getting the right fit & strapping things to the outside
