I pushed a hat directly from their site but bought the wrong one, I had it confused with a different hat, yes my mistake. So I tried to cancel this order right after placing it. A live agent told me no, then said they'll try their best and to look out for an email from them. I received that email, where they just flat out said no lol. They don't even give an option for me to pay for shipping the product back to them. Just a no. Seems like they only care about getting your money right off the hop, and don't care if you continue to be a customer. Sad! And I guess I'm not surprised. Then since I'm forced to own the product, when the hat arrived, I pulled it out of the packaging and saw it has multiple threads popping out of it. Guess I'll see soon what they have to say about that. Bravo North Face
