I have a different Horizon hat which I love (5-star). This one was the same in a nice color, but unfortunately it either came torn or got torn on initial wash in gentle cycle without being worn. I had to send it back, but TNF supplied me with an RMA code which I appreciated. This is the first time with all of their products that I have had a problem out-of-the-package. I am confident that TNF will do the right thing.
