Rated 1 out of 5 by from Digital gloves yes. Warm gloves no. The gloves certainly let you use your digital device, but if you are buying these to keep your hands warm (i.e. the traditional function of hand-wear) they might not work out for you. Your hands might be well chilled! I find that if the temperature is below 0c they are really not useful at all, even if you are walking or have a high level of activity. The material really does not block the wind so you end up with cold hands. Good idea from a design standpoint but the material of the gloves is perhaps not ideal and needs more thermal or wind blocking properties to be of any use. I have owned lots of NF products but this is the first one I would say is a fail.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible durability/Terrible guarantee policy The stitching came out of the side seam at one of the fingers after only wearing them 3 times! Whats worse is that NorthFace states: "The North Face® stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you're happy with your gear." But they must be unworn!!?? Does that make any sense at all??!! You can only test out the quality of a product by wearing them. 60 day return policy means nothing if you cant use it. Ok, so there is a warranty..but that also defeats the purpose of having gloves for winter that I wont get back for a month or more! These are size L, and i have average sized was not a fit issue at all.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Skip it if you're interested in smartphone compatibility A like the versatility of this glove. Doesn't take up much space, easy to carry in a pocket, comfortable to wear. Nevertheless it's not a winter glove, would not give much warmth. It's rather good to protect your hands from chilly winds during the Fall season. Or might be used in the city. However if you'd buy it for the Etip feature, I frankly say it's a waste of money. It looks nice, not as bulky as most other smartphone compatible gloves. BUT they do the job. The Etip layer completely wears off in 4 to 6 weeks. Then it becomes nerve-racking to use them with a phone. It would be a nice glove if it would work. But it's more of a hit-n-miss.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gloves are great untill ETIP STOPS WORKING. i bought these gloves about 2 months ago. they were a little expensive $45 but i figured hey i can use my phone outside and not freeze my fingers off lets give it a shot so i bought them. they worked great for about 2 months now the ETIP no longer works i have to touch it at some weird angle to get them to work and i end up having to take my glove off to use my phone. honestly i would recommend just getting a no name brand and saving your money. maybe if northface would replace the gloves when the ETIP stopped working or make it so the etip lasted longer i woudl reccomend buying them. i dont wanna spend $45 every 2 months.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lasted a few weeks I bought these gloves and they ripped near the thumb within a week. Just by merely pulling off my gloves like regular, ripped the stitching by my thumb on one hand, then happened 2 weeks later on the opposite glove! I bought these gloves because it's supposed to be superior quality then cheaper gloves I bypassed and thus last longer. I love Northface products, have a coat that is on year 5 and still looks amazing. Just disappointed I dropped $50 on these for them not to last. Tried uploading pics of tears, but of course site won't let me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolute Garbage!! I purchased a pair of these on the strength of the North face name. The first time I put them on my finger ripped through the top of the ring finger. On closer inspection, the finger wasn't stitched at all. No problem mistakes happen. Returned them for a new pair. On the SECOND time I put them on my middle finger rips through the top of the finger. On further inspection, yep, you guessed; it was barely stitched. I thought North Face was better quality then this! I'll be returning these as soon as it's feasible.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Glove for Cool Days These stylish and functional gloves are great for wearing on a cold fall or winter day if you're going out for a run, taking your dog for a walk, or your steering wheel is freezing cold. They are not great if its super cold out of if you're going to be in the snow, but that is not what they are for. They work great with touchscreen phones and I can even text pretty effectively with them (just a lot more typos). The only problem I have with these is that the seams within the fingers are sometimes uncomfortable against the fingertips. My fingers often rest against the raised seam on the inside of the gloves which can be irritating at times.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheaply made product with an expensive name on it. Way over priced for the quality of the product. You are paying for the name The North Face to be on your hand. I bought these gloves because I THOUGHT they would be a high quality product that would work as advertised, I was wrong. The gloves are designed to be used with touch screen devices, and I have found that they don't work very well. I still end up having to take off my gloves to use my phone. I am also disappointed because these gloves have some rubber spots on the fingers and palm to help you grip things but after 2 months of wear, most of the rubber spots have come off of the gloves. Not to mention that the finger tips are close to wearing through. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!
