Sad And Unprofessional Return Policy. Product Damaged Thx!
I pushed a hat directly from their site but bought the wrong one, I had it confused with a different hat, yes my mistake. So I tried to cancel this order right after placing it. A live agent told me no, then said they'll try their best and to look out for an email from them. I received that email, where they just flat out said no lol. They don't even give an option for me to pay for shipping the product back to them. Just a no. Seems like they only care about getting your money right off the hop, and don't care if you continue to be a customer. Sad! And I guess I'm not surprised. Then since I'm forced to own the product, when the hat arrived, I pulled it out of the packaging and saw it has multiple threads popping out of it. Guess I'll see soon what they have to say about that. Bravo North Face

Perfect For Keeping Sun Off Face
I really like this hat, the brim is not too short. Not only does it keep the sun off my face it looks super cute! Tried the smaller one on in store and while it fit I ended up buying the larger one to accommodate my hair being up inside. Plus it has an adjustable string under the chin to prevent fly-away.
