Love my new Northface coat. Not to bulky, but warm and comfortable.

Multiple Holes In The Jacket After 1 Week Of Use

Love the red color. Outside of that, it has terrible quality. I work in an office setting, and after one week multiple holes are appearing throughout the jacket. From along the sleeves and between the seams the down is coming out.

Very inferior product and looks like a fake jacket. I will not recommend to anyone to buy this. Totally wastage of money.

Warm Winter Jacket

if you don't like hoods on your jackets, this is a great option. Living in Alaska it works well for our climate, keeps me warm.

Terrible Customer Service

Just a flat out greedy company. Purchased this coat only for my son to discover on Christmas that there was a small hole in the sleeve, they refused to do an exchange had to return item and rebuy it. Then instead of refunding me for the returned coat I was charged again. Will never buy from north face again. Terrible experience.
