I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a green jacket I purchased for my son last week. The original price was $220, and I used a $20 off coupon at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the jacket. I followed the washing instructions on the label carefully, but after washing it, I noticed that the wool inside the jacket had clumped together on one side. This has affected the shape and usability of the jacket. Given this issue, I kindly request your assistance in resolving the matter, whether through a refund, exchange, or replacement. Good For Around Freezing Point

Got it on sale so the value is great, but at its regular price better options are available. This jacket best for spring/fall, nice smooth materials but needs more layer for cold -20c winter. If it had a chest pocket would've been awesome
