I bought these gloves in 2021. I have used them only a handful of times since then and they seemed to keep the water out. I went out on my motorcycle today while it was raining lightly. Even though the rain was not that hard, my hands were completely soaked by the end of it. I'm glad I tested these early enough in the season. If it had been 10-15 degrees colder, my hands would have been totally screwed. Touchscreen capabilities work, but this product should not be advertised as waterproof if they don't keep water out. I realize waterproofing is not supposed to last forever. But I had barely used these gloves. I had used them fewer than 10 times and had gotten them wet even fewer times than that.

Love The Tightening Ability
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got back from skiing Breckinridge..warm enough for 25 degree (even fingers) but what I like best was the ease of tightening around wrist (over or under jacket sleeve) with both gloves on..easy pulling of strap to tighten or loosen, even with thick “fingers” whilst wearing the other glove

Great, But Could Be Improved!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these gloves mainly for skiing, and they are great for warmth and wind protection. However, I found two small problems during use. One is that although the inner side is waterproof, the outer side still gets wet with snow. The second is that there is no small bag containing ski pass, if northface can work on these two aspects would be perfect, I do not mind the price a little higher.

May not be ideal for super cold areas. For us, works very well. Husband is happy. Went a size up as the true size was a bit snuggly.
