Well it is a warm quality coat, goose down and puffy, insulated hood and pockets. But that is the problem, it only has two pockets in front, and they are vertical not angled to easily put your hands into. There is one thin inner pocket, and that's it. For any utilitarian situation, this lack of any additional pockets is troublesome; I am used to having pockets on the side, on the chest, in the sleeve, a couple inside. Now I will have to have some other thing to carry important objects with me. So, the coat works for that fundamental, warm and ok. But nothing more.
