I've had an older version of this bag for a few years now and the straps are still as stiff as when it arrived in the mail. They actually bruise my shoulders. It's unfortunate because it holds so much.

It's a great backpack, I upgraded from a smaller North Face backpack because it wouldn't fit my 16 inch MacBook Pro and my 13 inch iPad Pro.
