[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this bag right when it first came out, almost 3 years ago, and it has been by far my favorite backpack ever!! I could never compare to any other backpack in the world my favorite features are the straps and the size, I would be carrying more than 15 lb of computer, school, or work stuff and I would not be sore, or have shoulder, or back pain... amazingly, I can't stop raving about. I have scoliosis and I wanted something that helped me go from university to work at the hospital, and it has been the best decision I have ever made. I'm also a short person 5'3 and I was originally looking for something not so big because then it's dragging down to the back of my thighs, and with this bag, I have support like no other, I wish they made more colors. The color stitching and overall structure of the bag have stayed intact. I haven't given it a proper cleaning in a long while. Also, I've looked for similar bags, like the Berkeley Day pack but it's not the same, they're not even on the same spectrum of comparison. I've also tried other brands with similar styles like ex: the Patagonia Atom backpack. I get excited just thinking about and I have it with me all the time. 11/10 recommend

My Backpack Came In Stained
I love the design of the backup. Overall it was a nice backpack but it did come in stained. I was disappointed and I had no way to reach out to anybody.
