Yay For This Bag!!
fr i bought this bag after convincing my mom! it was amazing. honestly it fits all my stuff rly well but i would say for someone with tons of binders it might not work the best. honestly looks superrrr cute and i fit a 1” binder in it plus three different pencil pouches, my laptop, my planner, my phone and makeup, and everything i needed. so honestly i think its a great bag! would def recommend!! but again, if you need big backpacks its probably not the exact one for you because its definitely smaller than the other backpacks from jansport i’ve owned. also when it comes to you it looks small at first but you can open it up and it fits things. but overall cute, pretty and i get why its so popular now!!

Looks Nothing Like The Product Photos
I can't even chalk it up to different lighting, because it truly is just a completely different color. I got the Metal Pink and thought they accidentally sent me the wrong one, but it's labeled Metal Pink. It's a light purple (so maybe good if you're into that) and is clearly just not the same fabric. I probably should've read the reviews because this seems to be an ongoing issue. In my opinion, North Face should redo all of the product photos because none of the products are as advertised. I will be returning it.

Good And Bad
I got this at the beginning of the school year and it was great until someone's water bottle spilled and leaked all over onto my homework and ruined my folders. The backpack also does get stained really easily if you set it on grass or really anywhere, and it is really hard to wash. I will have to end up buying a new one because the whole bottom of it is ruined from the water. Overall ok product.

Ok Backpack
I bought this bag at the beginning of this year for my daughter to use all through highschool. Unfortunately it looks like I will have to buy another backpack for her. A unneeded and annoying expense seeing as this one was so expensive. While the backpack is cute and looks just how she wanted it often flops over and is more of P shape. It is hard to get items to the bottom leading to it not holding all of her stuff and it being to small. She also got the light pink color which I would not recommend to anyone else as it stains easily and we have no way to clean it well. While you would expect a backpack to be at least a little water resistant by nature just because it has to be durable it is not in fact. Water would soak all of her note books when it would rain. Over all an ok backpack with potential but is has some major flaws that would make me not want to buy it again and warn others against buying.

It Was Great- Color Is Very Inaccurate
I bought this backpack and was very disappointed at the color. The color is more of a purple than pink. My favorite color is pink and I was so happy that north face came out with a prefect shade of pink with metallic lettering- only to discover that it is not pink at all. I wish the pictures online produced a perfect backpack that looks just like the one they took pictures of.

Awesome Backpack For School
My daughter really needed an upgrade going into middle school next year and this was a perfect fit. She has a Chromebook for school so the laptop pouch helped. The support seem much better also.

The Laptop Sleeve Up To 16" Is Not True To Size
I love my backpack, however, the laptop sleeve is not true to size. I purchased this backpack for my laptop and I'm disappointed my laptop doesn't fit.
