Cute! But Zero Warmth!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is stylish and that's why I bought it. I read the reviews and was expecting it to be at least a little warm. It has no insulation. My daughter took it to school after I washed it and was freezing. I put it on and went out side and all the cold air just went strait through. North Face should have sold this as a summer jacket. It would be better on a summer hike up in the mountains where the temp dips to high 60s. This is definitely not a winter weather jacket. And as for layering- you would need to add a couple other layers with this to be warm.
