The quality has significantly declined-materials feel cheap, stitching comes apart far too soon, and the durability is nothing like what it used to be. For the premium prices they charge, you'd expect products to last, but that's no longer the case. To make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely horrible. Trying to get a warranty claim or even a simple response is a nightmare. Long wait times, unhelpful representatives, and a refusal to stand behind their products make the entire process frustrating. Instead of resolving issues, they seem more interested in making excuses. For a brand that once had a great reputation, it's shocking how far they've fallen.
