Tablet Sleeve Too Shallow!

This is a great "all-arounder" backpack. It has a lot of the features many bags of this style feature including: "stash/dump" pocket, 2 water bottle pockets, soft lined "delicate" items pocket, roomy main compartment, dedicated laptop compartment, dedicated tablet sleeve. Unfortunately, the tablet pocket is WAY too shallow. You can fit maybe an e-reader, but not a tablet over 10in. VERY DISAPPOINTING for a bag at this price. Otherwise, it's an awesome bag equivalent to the Thule Enroute and the Osprey Nebula, just hate that I can't use the "tablet pocket" for my 11in tablet.

Not Pink, It’s A Lavender Color.

If you order the Metal Pink-Burnt Coral Metallic color just know that it does not look anything like the picture. It’s basically lavender with a hint of pink. Not like the picture at all!

Great Quality Backpack For Everyday Use

My daughter has another Northface style backpack, and it didn’t hold as much as this backpack does. This backpack is fashionable and also hold all of her school books and lunch comfortably.

Disappointed After Use

I thought I was going to really like this backpack but now that I have used it, the flaws are presenting themself. The biggest one is the off balance of the bag. The smaller zippered front section can hold a decent amount, but as soon as you start to fill it beyond just pens it starts to bulge out and makes the backpack top heavy, thus it falls over. If this section is filled, it partially blocks the front bottom of the bag from being used in the larger back section of the backpack. This leads to the front bottom of the backpack being empty contributing to instability even more. It's a well made backpack and great looking but a non functional design Too bad because I thought I had found a great pack.

Consider adding the hip belt pocket like the Gregory and Osprey, and you will have a winner.

I bought this backpack for my high school years and it is amazing! I love how spacious and high quality it is. The only complaint I have is that the second pocket is only half way and my backpack falls over because the backpack is heavy on the top.

This is the cutest backpack ever! I have always had a Recon backpack but wanted something newer for when I start Pharmacy school next year! North Face has always had great quality, and I am never unsatisfied!

Extremely Comfortable, Even Fully Loaded.

Excellent quality, and very comfortable, even when fully loaded. Fits my small frame perfectly. I'm 5'4'' and 105 pounds, so a comfortable backpack for that size is important. Perfect as a carry-on as well.
