I was skeptical about this coat being completely waterproof, as it does not have a GoreTex layer. However, it turned out to be the perfect coat for a rainy week in Juneau - roomy enough to add layers under for fluctuating temperatures, and it kept me dry even during a full day in drizzle and then steady rain. As other reviews note, it does run very large. I didn't believe it and tried my regular size (large), and it was comically big. I exchanged for a medium, and that was still big enough for a down vest and fleece pullover underneath. I appreciated having the option to adjust my layers for changing temps, but if you're looking for a fitted, sleek raincoat, this is definitely not it. I love how it fits and the way the off-white looks and would definitely purchase again.

Bought this rain jacket for my trip to Iceland during their rainy season. It was perfect! The long length kept me dry down to knees and the oversized hood was perfect for covering my head even with a bulky hat on. It is thin but works great with a puffer underneath for warmth. Perfect Jacket For All Weather And Rain, Would Recommend
Loved this jacket, wore on a trip to Alaska through rain and hiking for days and was dry under the entire time. Love the length as it blocks more wind and rain than the average length coat. Room under (especially in the arms) for layering sweaters and sweatshirts, which was great for traveling with cooler weather some days and warmer others to be able to layer underneath. Recommended to many and they have loved the jacket. As well as already borrowing out to others as it is such a great and universal coat.

Perfect for walking my dog in the city. Runs large but that's great for my purpose (the fact that you can fit a decently bulky sweater underneath as it gets colder out is a huge plus). Really stylish!
